Block Built Construction brings together modern construction methods with old-world craftsmanship. We're a small, dedicated team — what we can't do ourselves, we leave in the hands of hand-picked architects, engineers, and craftsmen who share our standard for the work.

Block Built Construction got its start in early 2024. Our first project: a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath ranch home with a full basement in Chatham, IL — now finished, and the standard we build every project to.
